The sun is shining. It’s amazing. After all that snow and rain, you almost forget what a gorgeous area we live in. Then the sun comes out and you remember.

I seriously think I might have that SADS thing. I get all down throughout winter and I noticed the last couple of days that I feel much better. I think it’s because the sun is shining, buds are appearing on trees, bulbs even seem to be sprouting from the ground and the grey is gone.

Or it could be because I’m consistently writing almost every day. I took Friday and Saturday off due to lack of sleep thanks to some very discourteous neighbours who need to find a new area to live and fight. I did try to write, but I was having trouble coming up with coherent sentences just talking to my husband, so I figured it wouldn’t be any easier with the writing. After I retyped a very simple email several times I decided I must be right. Still, I’m making decent progress for me. I have a friend in from out of town this week, so I’m wondering what that’s going to do to my writing. We’ll see. I’m still going to try every day.

All right, I’m going to go have another cup of coffee and go enjoy the sun.
