Love’s Blessings has released! You can find it at By Grace Publishing in either ebook ($1.49 USD) or trade paperback ($5.21 USD) format.
If you buy it, please come back and let me know what you think. You can email me privately or make a comment here. If you like and want to blog about it, send me the link to your blog and I will enter you in a contest to win a $10 gift certificate for books through Fictionwise (I haven’t figured out the deadline for this contest yet, I’ll do that later when I can think more clearly. Right now my baby is pulling books down around me to get my attention. Guess he doesn’t care that it’s release day!! LOL).
The first review for Love’s Blessings is here (click link).
A reader (actually author) review is here (click link), written by the fabulous Shannon Stacey.
My “sister of the severed hand” (don’t ask), has posted some wonderful stuff here (click link) and even has a contest (click link) so go check her out as well.
And don’t forget this contest, either. It has chocolate. I’m still waiting to find out if I can win. I didn’t see any exclusions but I have a feeling it’s a no! LOL

I just bought it!

by Imogen Howson April 27th, 2007 at 11:32 am ♦And the answer *is* no–honestly!
But I have your address now (evil laughter) so you can have chocolate too, just because you’re special.
Hugs and congratulations on your release day. I hope it’s the first of many, many, many release days.

Congratulations on the review. This book sounds wonderful!
by Cherie J April 27th, 2007 at 1:32 pm ♦WAHOOOO!!! :beerclink:
by RG April 27th, 2007 at 2:50 pm ♦Whaddaya mean NO!
LOL – one of my friends thought you meant no you didn’t like my book. She just called me and asked if you were a friend of mine! ROFL I told her you meant no chocolate. I also think she didn’t realise that you have to click on the word “here” to get to the various reviews. That’s why I added “click link” so hopefully that helps some of my friends/family who don’t really do internet stuff that often.
Thanks Cherie and RG!
by Michelle April 27th, 2007 at 3:00 pm ♦Congratulations on your release day!
It’s a wonderful story!
by Shannon Stacey April 27th, 2007 at 4:35 pm ♦Hey, Michelle, I just finished LB. What a great story. My younger bro and SIL went through
treatments for nealy 2 years before they had their first, so I know how hard this can be on
a couple.
Well done!
by Elle Fredrix April 28th, 2007 at 12:50 pm ♦Hmm, I posted a comment about your book here yesterday. Where did it go??
by Elle Fredrix April 29th, 2007 at 9:40 am ♦Thanks Shannon.
I don’t know Elle – are you sure you’re not thinking of the one you posted under the THursday Thirteen? There’s one there from you. Other than that I haven’t seen one. I’ll go check the spam list but since you’ve posted before I don’t think it should do that.
edited to add – Yup, it was in the spam thingy. Sorry about that Elle! (and thank you!)
by Michelle April 29th, 2007 at 1:00 pm ♦Hunh! You released on my 21st wedding anniversary. Now there’s a blessing for ya. That’s 2 life sentences end to end plus some.
And Immi, whaddaya mean describe a Tim Tam? You seriously need an Australian CP, I’m telling you. Poor, poor Immi.
by Babe April 30th, 2007 at 5:40 am ♦LOL Michelle, and Michelle’s friend who thought I was being rude and mean.
by Imogen Howson April 30th, 2007 at 2:01 pm ♦Babe, I’m going to have to google Tim Tams now. I only found out what a Twinkie was the other day. Ah, Wikipedia.
Elle, that’s just what I mean about Michelle’s strengths! She can write about real life situations so that they’re interesting and engaging, but also they’re grounded in reality so that people who’ve actually experienced this kind of thing will be able to relate.
Hm, I’m sure that could be said more clearly. I need
